Regulatory Affairs Executive, Publishing
We are a specialist provider to the healthcare industry for Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance projects – and we are growing in Belfast! We are looking for a number of Regulatory Affairs Executives to join our European team. You would be based in our Belfast Centre of Excellence in central Belfast, and work with a variety of clients including some of the biggest pharma and biotech companies in the industry.
Your daily workload will be fluid and completely responsive to our clients’ requests – and no project is the same. We need someone who is an excellent communicator, a selfless team player, a brilliant multitasker – but most of all, someone who has a good sense of humour! We want to enjoy our work, have a happy office and consistently deliver exceptional services to our customers – so we are only recruiting people with a can-do, why-not, positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years’ generalist regulatory experience, in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, and/or animal health products. Our projects are diverse – so we are looking for someone who is keen to learn and open to trying new things!
- Experience of paper and electronic regulatory submissions. Including coordination and execution of publishing solutions that meet unique requirements of each submission, and management of product delivery to regulatory agencies.
- Ability to liaise with internal colleagues an client stakeholders submission requirements and timelines are mutually understood and in line with standards and deadlines for dossier delivery to regional markets.
- Excellent IT skills including experience of Publishing software (for example Extedo, Liquent)
