G&L Scientific is a progressive and innovative consultancy company, formed by the award-winning industry veterans who created Pharmalink Consulting in 1998. G&L is their new offering to the Pharma Industry and provides expert assistance to drug manufacturers and healthcare organisations.

Each of our projects is entirely bespoke in nature, so you would rapidly get broad experience of many of the largest names in the industry. During the summer of 2019, we will have multiple opportunities for entry-level candidates. In response to G&L’s recent successes in the Quality arena, G&L are building a new team of professionals in Mississauga, Ontario.

Role Description: Graduate Quality Assurance opportunities – Ontario, Canada

You would be joining G&L Scientific’s growing team of Quality Assurance staff, working closely with global colleagues, and would be involved in a variety of client projects.

Our current opportunities require language skills: specifically French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and German speakers.  Our global team communicates in English, however you should be business-competent in one of the above languages.

And because we have such high standards, we are looking for the best candidates to join our team in Belfast. You must be a great communicator who can juggle multiple projects without losing focus. You should be a positive, solutions-orientated person who has a keen eye for detail and a keener eye for customer service.

Personality Traits

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

  • The ability to understand and digest complex information, and then to design a way forward.
  • Be confident in the face of a lot of technical jargon – this industry loves acronyms!
  • Have confidence and be able to participate during meetings; be able to work consultatively to ensure that our client deadlines and priorities are met and surpassed.
  • Be adaptable to change and have enthusiasm to stay one step ahead of new regulations.
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and never want to stop learning and developing.
  • You should have a minimum of a degree in a related subject (Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences etc)
