G&L Scientific boosts Transformation Services offering with key appointment
September 14, 2021
G&L Scientific is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Kuiken as Vice President of Transformation Services Practice.
Paul is highly respected within the pharmaceutical industry and over the last three decades has worked across a broad range of disciplines including process engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, business development and commercial operations management.
A graduate of the University of Teesside, Paul is currently completing his Global Executive MBA at the prestigious Henley Business School. He has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience working with some of the world’s largest and most innovative scientific companies.
Paul’s appointment marks yet another ground-breaking milestone for G&L as it continues to firmly establish itself as one of the fastest-growing and most exciting scientific consultancy firms in the world.
This new chapter for the company sees the introduction of an additional essential business service with G&L providing its renowned expertise and guidance to support pharmaceutical companies with management consultancy.
Utilizing G&L’s vast industry experience and insights, the new Transformation Services Practice will provide vital support and assistance to Life Sciences companies throughout the world as they seek to improve their operational efficiency, focus their resources on other areas of their business and ultimately save costs.
Welcoming Paul to the company, G&L CEO Stephen Loughrey said:
“It is a pleasure to introduce Paul to the wider G&L family and I am very excited to see how we will all benefit from his experience and knowledge of the industry.
“G&L is experiencing phenomenal growth and, as our reputation for providing the highest-quality, innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients has grown, so too has demand for our support services.
“I am delighted that, in addition to our regulatory expertise, staffing, and consultancy services, we are now able to provide our clients with another solution designed specifically for their requirements.
“Through G&L’s unrivaled deep domain expertise and global support network of industry experts, our Transformation Services Practice will revolutionize the way our clients and partners work and help improve Life Sciences offerings.
“I know Paul will be a key asset to G&L and will be integral to our continued growth throughout the world.”
Speaking about his appointment as Vice President of Transformation Services Practice, Paul said:
“I am excited and honoured to be a part of the next stage of G&L Scientific’s development as they add to their expansive portfolio of services.
“Unlike traditional firms, G&L’s Transformation Services Practice completely breaks the mould. By thoroughly getting to know all our clients and the challenges they are facing, we create bespoke solutions rather than force the same ‘one-size-fits-all’ model on every client.
“By doing this, we fully understand their exact requirements and know precisely what is needed to facilitate their organisational design transformation, operational excellence, and efficiency savings to achieve optimal results cost-effectively.
“G&L’s reputation for attention to detail, quality of work and dedication to clients and colleagues alike is second to none and I look forward to building upon this success over the coming months and years.”
